Ofsted Reports

The most recent Ofsted inspection was undertaken on 10th November 2022 and found that Wilton Primary continues to be a good school. The inspection recognised the key strengths of our school and that leadership has maintained and strengthened the good quality of education offered to all pupils. As you will see from the full report below the inspection team celebrated the “family atmosphere” and the ways in which academy staff ensure every child feels happy and safe and enjoys attending our school. The team also noted that “Staff successfully create opportunities for widening pupils’ horizons. This enhances pupils’ understanding of future educational and career pathways.” Staff were also praised for their high expectations of children and for delivering a curriculum that “enables pupils to achieve well”.

Within the report, there are two areas identified within the section on ‘what does the school need to do to improve’, however it was noted by the inspection team that plans are already in place to further refine these aspects.

We hope you enjoy reading the full report and celebrating with us the positive recognition from Ofsted for the provision, the pupils and for the hard work of the staff and leaders.
